Booking Terms and Conditions for booking tours, trips and treks to Goa

 Trip Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. Group bookings only: All of the tours and trips of are NOT for single or individual bookings. Only group bookings allowed. EXAMPLE: A group of 4 friends or family members booking is considered as Minimum group booking. A group of 14 friends and associates is considered as Moderate group booking. An institutional booking of 35 school or college students is considered as Max group booking.
  2. Before Booking any Tours / Trips of, it is the underlying responsibility of the concerned customer to insure and ensure that he/she or the Company representative has read, understood and accepted the Booking T & C of Holidaygoa Enterprises. Booking any service from website automatically deems that the customer has read and agreed to its legalities. 
  3. Mode of Payment: Preferably all payments for the booking of tours, trips & treks to Goa has to be initiated and implemented via the Third Party Payment gateway that will be linked to the Website or App or What's app Business platform. In rare cases, when the third party payment gateway is down and not functioning, only then offline bank transfer can be done.
  4. GST Charges extra are applicable as per Government notifications. All packages will be highlighting the extra GST charges in % separately. 
  5. Holiday Goa Enterprises via its website of only provides originally Created, Curated, Conceptualized Commercial Tours, Trips and Treks to Goa. We are purely an "Inbound Tours Operator" functioning more on the lines of a 'Tourist Guide'. 
  6. None of the Trips are insured. Each customer has to take insurance during the holiday trip to Goa as per his or her choice and personal needs.
  7. Force Majeure: If force majeure (circumstances and conditions outside of human control) conditions happen to prevail suddenly, then the customers/participants have to be totally flexible to change of plans or cancellations of part of the activities. EXAMPLES: We shall not be accountable and responsible for any delays, destruction, loss, cancellations,  & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – from an ACT OF GOD, sudden dangers, wild animals, fire, fights, wars, civil disturbances, thefts, pilferage's epidemic, COVID, lock-downs, pandemics, medical emergencies, third party defaults, climatic conditions, flight cancellations, bus cancellations, road or train accidents, breakdown of machinery or failure of equipment’s, transport strikes, no show by drivers, weather hazards, sickness of participants, landslides, political closures, commercial strikes, communal riots or any untoward incidents.
  8. Holidaygoa Enterprises and act only in the capacity of an agent or guide for the hotels, accommodations, restaurants, providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
  9. All tour, trip & trek itineraries to Goa are tentative itineraries, proposed to give you a general and overall understanding of the probable trip timetable. Many factors such as bad weather, damaged road conditions, the physical inability of the participants due to sickness or sudden ailments etc. may command itinerary changes either just before the tour or while the tour or trail is on. We reserve the full right to change any schedule, program and route in the total interest of the tour/trip participants' safety, security, comfort & general well-being.
  10. Cancellation / Refund Policy: In the event of cancellation of tour / trip services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing by email at 
  11. Judicial issues: All bookings, payments, transactions are strictly subject to Panaji (Goa) jurisdiction in the event of litigation.
  12. Advance Booking Amount: 50 % of Per Person charges X Total Number of Participants. 
  13. Cancellation charges: Cancellation will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and by email only, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / Trip cost will be chargeable and retained back from whatever amount of advance charges paid. 
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / Trip cost will be chargeable and retained back from whatever amount of advance charges paid. 
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / Trip cost will be chargeable and retained back from whatever amount of advance charges paid. 
  • 72 Hours (3 full days & nights) prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund of any amount possible. Customer stands to lose full 100% amount of  advance charges paid. 

Note: Written Email cancellation will be acceptable on all working days, or weekdays except Sunday. Sunday being holiday, will not be taken into account. Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day that is Monday.
