Introduction of Ice and Spice event.
3 Day / 3 Nights Weekend trip to South Goa. Exotic locations to chill, rest & de - stress from city life. Eat what the locals eat in village restaurants. Spend a whole night under the starry skies on a Goa beach. Beach games arranged to break the ICE (guys) with the SPICE (gals). Entry arranged at most happening & advance group reservations required at Saturday night party with Live Music Band in the finest beach restaurant. Sunday full day Sightseeing in AC Tempo Traveler (guests chose the destinations in coordination with the trip organizer in South Goa.)

FIRST WEEKEND EVENT:
Friday the 16th Nov to Sunday the 18th Nov 2023
Friday Morning till Sunday Night (Check out by 11 AM Max on Monday Morning). Weekend event package involves 3 days and 3 nights basic accommodation.
Event organized and on and open for bookings every weekend: Compulsory number of bookings/guests/participants needed are minimum 14 and maximum 17 for the event to happen smoothly.
THIS IS GOA: So during the Peak Season starting from October till March every year, the Weekend package fluctuates according to the ground dynamics of the tourist’s season and market. Prices will surely increase in December and January as Christmas and New Year approaches.
Inclusions:
3 Days / 3 Nights Budget / Economy Dormitory or Shared Room Accommodation, AC or NON AC as per availability and group bookings. 2 Full Day Tempo Traveler Vehicle for exploring. 3 times Veg / Non Veg. Breakfast included. Friday Arrival day Breakfast will be provided last till 12 pm sharp. Saturday and Sunday free Breakfast offered too.
Exclusions:
No Lunch. No Dinner on all the days. (Pay & Eat Everywhere). No Bus Stand or Railway Station or Airport Pick-ups & drops. (Pay Taxi can be arranged). No Commercial Water sports activities.
Detailed Itinerary (Scheme of Events)
FRIDAY
• Friday Morning/Noon - Meet and Greet at Colva Hotel location in South Goa.
• Check in formalities + Surprise Welcome Basket.
• Have a free breakfast.
• Get to know the group. Unwind in Lounge or in your room.
• 4 pm early evening explore your beach and surrounding area.
• Watch Sunset.
• Pay and eat Dinner at Hotel Restaurant.
• Goodnight.
SATURDAY
• Early Morning Adventure Trip by Bus to Palolem beach. Boat adventure trip from Palolem beach to visit Butterfly beach. Sightseeing from the boat, view Honeymoon beach, Monkey Island, Turtle Rock, Dragonfly beach and then back to Final destination at Palolem Beach.
• Pay and eat at Palolem Beach Shack Restaurant.
• Explore and Enjoy Palolem beach till Sunset.
• Back by Bus to Colva Hotel Room.
• Rest, Relax & Refresh in Room.
• Early night leave for a short beach walk to a Live Music Band Party restaurant. Till late night.
• Short refreshing Moonlit night walk back to Colva Hotel Room.
• Goodnight
SUNDAY
• Full day of Sightseeing, Exploring and Discovering South Goa popular tourist destinations. Locations and itinerary will be provided. As per majority group choice and in the final coordinated decision by the Trip Organizer.
• Lunch and Dinner to eat and pay on the way.
• Group can decide if they want to have dinner at yesterday’s (Saturdays) beach party restaurant.
• Back to Colva Hotel Room.
• Goodnight
NOTE: Sunday evening and Monday morning choice of checkout as per individual’s choice. Max by Monday morning sharp at 11 am all participants/guests have to compulsorily check out. The Goah! Ice & Spice Weekend trip ends on Monday morning.
